From Paul Appleton, Victoria, British Columbia:
I have been told that my parents and their siblings were placed into an orphanage (?) called "Style Cottages" at either Hornchurch or Romford sometime around the latter part of the 1890's. Can you help me in identifying this institution and where I might find further information?
Any help appreciated...
