I am the secretary of the ALABASTER Society, which is a family history society open to anybody with an interest in the name ALABASTER. I have been conducting a one name study on ALABASTER for more than 10 years. There were ALABASTERS in Romford and Hornchurch throughout the nineteenth and twentieth century. If anybody is interested in finding out more about their ALABASTER forebears, I will happily swap information with them!
