I sent you an email days/weeks/months ago; why haven't I received
If this is the case, please accept my apologies. I am able to work on Romford Now & Then only in my leisure time - and with my family, work, and other commitments, this is somewhat limited.
Some enquiries I am able to respond to almost immediately; others, however, may require further research, or a more detailed answer, or may be delayed for some other reason.
Unfortunately, messages to which I'm unable to reply reasonably promptly can tend to get 'pushed to the back of the queue' by more recent arrivals.
Please be assured that I do aim to respond to every email that I receive; whether this is a realistic aim, and how long it might take, is another matter entirely.
Nonetheless, if you do have an urgent enquiry, or fear that your message may have been lost, please do feel free to email me again.
