Romford Now & Then   Glimpses of the Past in the Present

 

William Neave was the youngest son of Sir Thomas Neave, Bart., of Dagnam Park.  He married Anne Black, the eldest daughter of Alexander and Alice Black, and on 8th February 1841 they had a son, William Alexander.1

William, Anne's husband, was a judge in the service of the Honourable East India Company in Madras.  He died at sea on 3rd October 1844.  Their son was ordained a minister of the church, and died at Bath on 2nd October 1879.1
