The old Rex cinema has become Victor Values Discount House, and next to this is Martins (newsagents), then Wellfloors (carpets), then Romford Pet Suppies.

I am told that Victor Values was open between about 1962 and 1966, when it became Tesco.

2 Apparently there is a Zephyr Zodiac Mk IV driving out of the roundabout towards Romford, and these were produced between 1966 and 1972.
