On 11th September 2001
"Forever In Our Hearts"

Aon, who have offices in Eastern Road, lost 176 colleagues in the New York terrorist attacks.  The plaque was unveiled by their Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dennis Mahoney, on 7th March 2002.  The unveling was also attended by the Mayor of Havering, Cllr Dennis O'Flynn.1
