Glasses are raised to the matron of Western Road day nursery, Mrs. Holland, in about 1942.

This photograph was kindly provided by Tony Peacock from his sister Cynthia Coulson.  Their mother, Dorothy Mary Peacock, is standing on the far right of the photograph, and was the cook for the children from the nursery's opening until she passed away in 1967.
