The bus is a London Transport Guy Utility (G380) on route 103. Also in the picture is a bus crew in the full uniform of the time, complete with the white band around the right jacket sleeve (in those days buses did not have direction indicators).
To the left of the Rising Sun is the old LTS/LMS station.
